250 gm Sant’ Alberto pasta fusili
4 green chilli
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt as required
5 cup cold water
100 gm kala chana
100 gm paneer
2 bunch coriander leaves
2 teaspoon chaat masala
5 drops lemon juice
1. To make this delicious Sant’Alberto pasta recipe, boil 3 cups of water and add 1 cup of Sant’ Alberto pasta pasta fusili to it and cook for 10 minutes.
2. After the Sant’ Alberto pasta boils, strain and rinse in fresh cold water and keep it aside. Soak chana for 3-4 hours. Pressure cook for 20-25 minutes, in 4-5 glasses of water.
3. Drain chana and pour into serving bowl. Mix potaoes, paneer, onion and tomatoes with chana. Add boiled fusili, lime juice, salt, chili powder, chaat masala, green chillies and coriander leaves.
4. Mix well, refrigerate and serve chilled.
